Delete your account

Open CloseFrens and go to Settings -> Delete account.

Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Account deletion is permanent once completed.

We remove or anonymize personal account data tied to your profile, including account details and personal identifiers where deletion is technically and legally possible.

Some limited records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or backup integrity.

If you cannot access the app, email support@closefrens.app from the email address connected to your account.

We may ask for verification before helping with account deletion to protect your account from unauthorized requests.
