If you cannot sign in, include the email address connected to your account and the device you are using.

Do not send passwords or private authentication codes by email.

Meetups and notifications

For issues with proposals, confirmations, group chats, or notifications, include the approximate time of the event and what you expected to happen.

Screenshots are helpful when a button, message, or status looks wrong.

Safety and reports

If you need to report another user, include the profile name, context, event, or chat where the issue happened.

For emergencies or immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first.

Is CloseFrens a dating app? No. CloseFrens is designed for friends, communities, and real-life plans.

Can I delete my account? Yes. Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account.

Can I control notifications? Yes. You can manage notification permissions from your device settings and app settings.
