1. Overview
These Terms apply to all payments made through the CloseFrens app (“the App”). By completing a payment, you agree to these Terms.
2. Payments and Processor
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). CloseFrens never stores your full payment card details. You may be required to agree to Stripe’s own terms and conditions when using their service.
3. Promotional Credits
When you add credit or a budget in the App, that balance can be used only for promotional features (e.g. location promotions, claims). Credits are not transferable between accounts.
4. Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, unless required by law. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us at closefrens@gmail.com.
5. Disputes
If you dispute a charge, please reach out to us first. Stripe’s dispute resolution rules will also apply.
6. Account Ownership
If you claim a business location in the App via payment, you agree that (a) you are authorized to do so, and (b) ownership rights in the App are limited to our platform only and do not constitute a legal transfer of the actual business entity.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply to future payments.
