Terms of Service

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

You must provide accurate account information and use CloseFrens only if you are legally allowed to do so in your region.

CloseFrens is for friendly, respectful, real-life social plans. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit, or discriminate against other people.

We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that create safety risks or abuse the service.

Meetups are organized by users. Use your own judgment when deciding where to meet, who to meet, and whether a plan feels safe.

CloseFrens helps coordinate plans, but we do not control user behavior, venues, transportation, or what happens during a meetup.

You are responsible for the content you post, including messages, photos, proposals, contexts, ratings, and profile information.

Do not post illegal, harmful, misleading, private, or infringing content. You grant CloseFrens the limited rights needed to host and show your content inside the service.

If you see behavior or content that violates these terms, contact support@closefrens.app.

We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, or take other action when needed to protect users and the service.

We may update, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to keep CloseFrens reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CloseFrens after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using CloseFrens at any time and can delete your account from the app.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or is used in a way that harms CloseFrens or other users.
